Additional Information:
Moyderwell Mercy Primary School require a School Bus Escort to accompany SEN children to and from school.
Route 1 - Starts and ends in Listowel
Route 2 - Starts and ends in Tralee, picking/dropping from and to Ballydesmond.
Employment is on a part time basis during school term time only. Bus Escorts are not paid during school holidays.
The contract will consist of a morning pick up and afternoon school drop-off on the routes outlined above (subject to change depending on bus timetables).
The escort is responsible for the safety of the child on board the bus/taxi and will be required to provide pupil care needs including but not limited to assisting the child getting on and off the bus, securing appropriate seat belts etc.
As a guide only:
The hourly rate of pay shall be in line with the Department of Education and Skills guidelines for school bus escorts which is subject to change.
Candidates should only apply once to the email address below, clearly stating if you would like to be considered for a) the Listowel-Tralee-Listowel route, b) the Tralee-Ballydesond-Tralee route or c) both routes.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting and appropriate character references.
