Study Skills Facilitator

Are you passionate about inspiring young people to achieve?

As leaders in the areas of learning, well-being and leadership, The Super Generation (a division of The Examcraft Group) is passionate about helping students achieve their academic and life potential. We are currently looking for energetic, inspiring, experienced and dedicated Study Skills Facilitators to deliver our training workshops to second-level students, teachers and parents.
The facilitators possess outstanding interpersonal skills experience, a strong knowledge of the education system, have a full driving licence and love working with young people. Full training will be given to the successful candidates on all Super Generation Study Programmes.

This is a contract position.
As a facilitator with the Super Generation it is your responsibility to:
• Deliver training workshops on study, learning, student engagement and well-being.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as needed.
• Take responsibility for all equipment and materials associated with delivery of seminars.
• Attend initial training and team meetings.
• Periodically review personal effectiveness as a facilitator.
• Stay abreast of new trends in education and training.
Requirements:
• Educated to degree level in education, youth, training/ coaching.
• Experience of working with young people.
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide as required. (Full drivers licence essential)
• Excellent presentational and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with current education and learning theories an advantage.
• Knowledge of the education system.
• Experience delivering in front of young people or large groups.
