The following qualifications, experience and skills are desirable: experience of multi-grade teaching and working with an SNA, ability to differentiate the curriculum, a good understanding of the Ethos of a Catholic School, good behaviour management skills and strong IT skills. Please indicate how you meet these requirements in your letter of application. Candidates called to interview will be required to supply original copies of third level qualifications and proof of Teaching Council registration. In order to be eligible for appointment candidates must have a certificate to teach Religious Education. Appointment will be subject, but not limited to teaching Council Registration, Occupational Health Screening, Garda Vetting and satisfactory references. Please mark envelope as "Fixed Term Appointment". The successful candidate will be appointed to a main-stream post initially, however duties may be subject to change.
