Good Shepherd NS is a single stream, vibrant, co-ed school with 4 special classes. Our staff work closely both together and with parents to ensure each pupil's potential is realised.
We are advertising for 3 SNA positions for 24/25.
• 2 x 0.83 1 year Fixed Term positions. Both these positions will be based in our Early Intervention Class for Children on the Autistic Spectrum.
0.83 of a SNA post is 26.56 hours per week. This is the equivalent to 5.3 hours a day (5 hours, 20 minutes). The hours of work are from 8:30am – 1:50 pm, which includes 15 minute tea break (10.15 – 10.30am) and 25 minute lunch break (12 noon – 12.25pm). ).
The SNA is also required to work an additional 60 Croke Park hours over the year.

• 1 x 0.5 permanent post.
(Hours of work are 10-1:12 daily. The SNA is required to work an additional 36 Croke Park hours over the year).

Candidates should have a minimum Level 6 SNA qualification.
