Scoil an Linbh Íosa, Holy Child School, Naas is a Catholic school in the Diocese of Kildare & Leighlin. The school's Patron is Bishop Denis Nulty.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to lead and strengthen the Catholic ethos of the school. The successful candidate must have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education.
In addition, the successful candidate will display:
• Proven leadership skills, including policy development and a strong commitment to teaching and learning;
• Ability to manage and work collaboratively with all staff members and the Board of Management.
• An ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff, the Board of Management and wider school community;
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and a proven capacity in successfully leading others.
• Organisational capabilities in managing school resources and proven administrative skills
• An in-depth knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and previous teaching experience across a range of classes.
Applications will be accepted by post only and envelopes must be marked 'Principal Application.' Please include three copies of all required documentation with your application. This post is being readvertised and if previous applicants are still interested they may reapply.
