Applications are invited for the position of Teaching Principal at S.N. Pádraig Naofa, Courtnacuddy, a Catholic school under the patronage of the Bishop of Ferns.
Applicants must be registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland (Route 1- Primary), be fully Garda vetted and have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a recognised primary school in Ireland.
The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic primary school, as well as a commitment to lead and strengthen the Catholic ethos of the school.
The roles and responsibilities of this post relate to the four domains of leadership and management as specified in Circular 0044/2019
1. Leading Teaching and Learning
2. Managing the Organisation
3. Leading School Development
4. Developing Leadership Capacity
The Applications deadline is 3pm, on 13 May 2024. Envelope should be clearly marked “Principal Application”.
