This is a Class Teacher position. The appointment will be made via open competition.

St Patrick's NS is a co-educational national school located in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Our school has a Church of Ireland ethos and operates under the patronage of the Archbishop of Dublin.

The Deputy Principal will work with the Principal and the In-School Leadership Team to support and develop effective leadership within the school. The roles and responsibilities of the post are determined by the four domains of leadership and management as set out in circular 0044/2019 and the recently updated 'Looking at our Schools' document.

The four domains of leadership and management are as follows:

2. Managing the Organisation
3. Leading School Development
4. Developing Leadership Capacity
