Additional Information:
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Bus escorts will accompany pupils to and from the school each day. The hours are split between the morning and the afternoon.
The escort is responsible for the safety of the pupils on board the bus and will be required to assist them getting on and off the bus and securing appropriate seatbelts. Candidates will be expected to deal with parents and school staff in a professional way. They will need to communicate regarding pick ups, drop offs, illnesses, traffic, delays etc.
These positions are for approximately 20 hours per week in line with the school calendar.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting and appropriate references.
Experience with children who have additional needs is desirable.
