Ballyheane N.S invites applications for the position of Special Needs Assistant. The position is for the Junior Infant day (0.83 allocation) .
Candidates should be flexible, trustworthy, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. They must be self motivated and demonstrate a caring approach to the role. They must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children and the school.
Knowledge and experience of working with children with additional needs is desirable.
