An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a full time position (32 hours).
A proven ability working as a team is essential, with a focus at all times on safety, welfare and care of pupils. An ability and willingness to develop pupil specific resources in consultation with the class teacher is important, such as sensory integration resources, sensory play resources and movement/art based interventions. Experience of working with children with ASD and emotional/behavioural difficulties is essential.
