Naíonra Cró na nÓg has been providing quality preschool education through the medium of Irish in the Mahon area since 1992. It is located on the grounds of Gaelscoil Mhachan.
We are at present seeking an early year’s practitioner / educator to commence work immediately.
The hours are 8:30 am to 3pm, five days a week.
The successful candidate should have
• Min QQI level 5 in childcare.
• Experience in working in an early year setting desirable but not essential.
• Have excellent communication skills with a good understanding and interest in the Irish language.
• The ability to work on own initiative and be part of a motivated, caring team.
• Knowledge of working with Aistear and Siolta.
• A warm and friendly manner.
• Be flexible and proactive in the day-to-day routine of the service
