The Board of Management of Scoil Íosagáin Infant School invites applications for a Bus Escort to cover sick leave starting October 18th, 2023.
The Bus Escort will accompany the pupil on a taxi from their home to and from school. The Bus Escort will be responsible for the safety of pupils on board the taxis and will be required to assist them getting in and out of taxis, securing seat belts etc. The bus escort will be responsible for liaising with parents and school staff regarding collections and illness.
Appointment is subject to Garda Vetting.
The position will be for 15 hours a week (subject to increase).
Candidates should apply by post marking envelope BUS ESCORT POSITION, Chairperson BOM, Scoil Íosagáin Infant School Spa Glen Mallow, Co.Cork, P51 TD36 or email to office@scoiliosagaininfantschool.ie with a letter of application, CV and contact details for two referees by Friday, October 6th, 2023.
