Harold’s Cross NS is a Catholic primary school under the patronage of the Archbishop of Dublin. It is a school which prides itself on its culture of respect, diversity and inclusivity. It is a school with high standards and expectations of its staff, parents and pupils.
The school seeks to appoint an administrative principal beginning on November 6th, 2023.
The successful candidate should be a person capable of leading and maintaining a happy, progressive school and display the following traits and characteristics-
-excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
-have proven experience in leading, planning and developing school policy-
-have proven leadership capabilities
- have knowledge and experience of SEN and EAL
- have evidence of continuous professional development
- must hold a recognised qualification to teach religion and be committed to the promotion of the Catholic ethos.
-the ability to nurture and encourage the “voice” of pupils and parents within the school community
