Sligo School Project is a DEIS Band 1 school located in Abbeyquarter, Sligo. We are a multi-denominational school under independent patronage, affiliated to Educate Together. Our school population is highly diverse.
In your CV we would be happy for you to let us know about your course of life so far. We are interested to know why you became a teacher, why you choose to apply for a job in our school, what you are passionate about, what experiences you have had in teaching to date, what changes you would like to see implemented in education in Ireland and what vision you have for your future teaching career. Please tell us about activities which you are involved in outside of teaching, if you have skills which you would like to share with the children e.g music, arts, languages, sports etc. Please also include anything else which you would like us to know.
Interviews will be held in the school on the 14th August 2023. This is a permanent post; it may be mainstream or SET.
An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within four months from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
