The Board of Management of Saint Enda's National School invites applications for the position of Deputy Principal. This a teaching Deputy Principal position.
The appointment is being made under the terms of Circular 0044/2019.
The Deputy Principal will work with the Principal to support and develop effective leadership within the school. It shall be understood that it is the core function of the Deputy Principal's role, to act or deputise as the Principal, in the Principal's absence.
Specific roles and responsibilities for this position relate to the four domains of Leadership and Management outlined in Circular 0044/2019:
1. Leading Teaching and Learning
2. Managing the Organisation
3. Leading school development
4. Developing Leadership Capacity
