The successful candidate will ideally have:
1. A clear understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic primary school
2. An in-depth knowledge of the Primary Curriculum and a broad range of teaching experience
3. Experience of teaching in a multi-cultural setting and of inclusion and diversity in education
4. Knowledge and capacity to successfully lead and administer our school
5. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
6. Excellent people management, communication, and leadership skills
7. Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives
8. Demonstrable ability and interest to promote school activities: such as social media, open days, grandparents’ day, etc.
9. Evidence of proactive engagement with the whole school community to the continuous improvement of our school
10. Experience with school capital projects preferable but not essential
