An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
Fetac level 5 or above qualification is required. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible, display a strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training.
Competencies required in the school include: ASD support, ADHD support, , speech and language, emotional and behavioural challenges.
I.T. skills and First Aid training are desirable.
Appointment is subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
