Kinsalebeg NS is a rural school under the patronage of the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore, applicants for this position must have a certificate to teach Religious Education.
Kinsalebeg is a small school with 3 multigrade class teachers and a full time SET teacher plus a shared SET 2 days a week .
The following skills experience and knowledge are desirable:
∙ A clear understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School
. Previous teaching experience in a multi-grade school is desirable
∙ Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development
∙ Evidential experience of managing people (in any setting)
∙ Proven ability to work as a member of a team
∙ Excellent communication skills
∙ Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload
∙ Proven Leadership Skills
∙ Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives
