Carlow NS is a Church of Ireland primary school under the patronage of the Bishop of Cashel, Ferns and Ossory. Our school has 5 mainstream teachers and 1 SET teacher.
The roles and responsibilities of the post are determined by the four Leadership and Management domains as set out in Looking at Our Schools 2022 - A Quality Framework for Primary Schools.
1. Leading Learning and Teaching.
2. Managing the Organisation.
3. Leading School Development.
4. Developing Leadership Capacity.

Applicants must be fully registered with the Teaching Council and have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
The appointment will be subject to current Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
