Under the trusteeship of the Daughters of Charity, St. Michael's Special School is a coeducational school which caters for pupils aged 5 - 18 years, who on psychological testing are found to be functioning within the level of Mild General Learning Disability. Many of our pupils have a dual diagnosis, including ASD.
Duties are in line with those as laid out by the Department of Education.
Experience of working in this type of school and/or experience of supporting students with ASD and complex needs desirable.

Applicants with panel rights must furnish a certified copy of completed Panel Form PF1 with their application.
We are advertising for 2 fixed term, part time SNA posts, one is for a job share arrangement for the school year 22/23 and the other position is for one day a week (every Friday) for the school year 22/23.
