Geography Teacher

Geography Teacher - Havering, London, England.

This vacancy is for a school based in East London in an area called Havering. Havering is among the top 10 safest boroughs in London. It is also an ideal location with Stansted airport only a 35 minute drive away and public transport links available.

The school was inspected in 2020, and was judged to be a ‘Good’ School, which is the second best rating Ofsted can provide. They said at the time “Pupils behave well in lessons. They know it is important to try their best. Classrooms have a calm and productive atmosphere. Low-level disruption is rare”.

This school has hired Irish teachers in the past and present, with an Irish Teacher joining the Music department this September.

Salary- Teachers are paid in line with the UK National pay scale, this school lands on the ‘Outer London’ pay scale which ranges from £29.915- £41,136, Irish curriculum experience is recognised.
