Applicants holding a Panel Form 1 (PF1) should clearly identify this and supply a scanned copy of the form as part of their application.

There will be one Infant day SNA position (0.83 posts) available.

Candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic, flexible, able to work on their own initiative and in a team capacity. All school staff are expected to engage in relevant CPD and respect the school ethos.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience of working as an SNA in a primary school setting with children with ASD/working in an ASD Class, first aid, lámh, PECS communication experience and computer competence.

St. Brigid's GNS will have one special classes for pupils with autism this coming school year.
Initial SNA duties may be in either a special class for pupils with Autism or in a mainstream class setting and this will be subject to ongoing change at the discretion of the school Principal.
Appointment is subject to current Garda vetting requirements, occupational health screening and completion of Children First online training.
