This post arises due to the opening of an additional special class for children with ASD. The successful candidate may be required to work in either an ASD special class or mainstream setting and will be expected to support children with a wide range of care needs including ASD, ADHD, Diabetes management, Epilepsy, toileting needs, non-verbal communication needs and challenging behaviour. Further details of the duties attaching to the role are available by consulting Circular 0030/2014.
Appointment will be subject to satisfactory references, compliance with Garda Vetting requirements, pre-employment medical screening and Patron approval.
