An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St Laserian's is a Special School catering for students with Mild, Moderate, and Severe to Profound I.D. aged from 4-18 years of age. Many students have complex needs.
Applicants should have experience of working with children with ASD, Severe to Profound I.D. epilepsy, ADHD, as well as children with physical disabilities, medical, and intimate care needs. Experience in using LÁMH is desirable. Applicants should have knowledge and experience of managing behaviours of concern.
