TEACHING POSTS

The Board of Management invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the following teaching post which may arise during the 2021/2022 academic year:

Fixed Term Contract – English -16hrs.

Please Note:
a) Completed applications should be submitted by post in hard copy or via email to principal@kilrushcoms.com.
b) Sanction, Conditions of Service and Appointment, Qualifications, Salary Scale, are in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education.
c) Criteria of Assessment include:
o Professional Qualifications
o Interpersonal communication skills
o Capacity to contribute to the overall development of a learning organisation.
o Relevant Experience
d) Panels may also be formed from these competitions from which appointments may be made to fill vacancies equal to or of shorter duration than advertised.
e) Any offer of employment will be conditional on the teacher being registered in accordance with Section 30 of the Teaching Council Act 2001.
f) All vacancies are subject to the Directors of Redeployment agreeing to the posts being filled.
g) Shortlisting may take place.
h) Garda vetting will apply
i) Canvassing will disqualify.
j) Late applications will not be considered.
k) The above post, even though advertised, may not be filled or hours may be amended.
