Moyglass N.S. is a Catholic School with 5 Class Teachers, a Permanent Special Education Teacher and a shared Special Education Teacher, based in a neighbouring school. We also have a privately operated preschool nearby.
Applicants for this position must have a Certificate to teach R.E. In addition, the following skills, experience and knowledge are desirable:
Previous teaching experience across all classes in a multi-grade school; Evidence of continuing and relevant professional development: Evidential experience of managing people (in any setting); Proven ability to work as a member of a team: Excellent communication skills; Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload; Proven Leadership Skills; Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives; An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic School; Previous experience in policy development.
Candidates called for interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and Teaching Council Registration.
