Cullinary Techniques (5N0630), Food Preparation (5N1909), Food Safety & HACCP, Food Science and Technology (5N0730), International Cuisines (5N0632), Meal Service (5N0635), Pastry, Baking and Desserts (5N2084) and Restaurant Skills (5N2080) - 16.66 hours per week approx.
