This post is to cover a daily school run supporting students from St Joseph's Special School, Sligo and St. Cecilia's Special School, Sligo- both schools cater for students with General Learning Disabilities and associated disabilities such as Autism.The escort will be required to work all the school days from 1st Sept 2021 till June 30th 2022 . The run will start in Gurteen and the Bus Escort will be required to be available for the first pick up. The post is for 15 hours per week approximately but this is subject to change. Salary Scale and Conditions of Service: In accordance with the regulations of the
Department of Education and Skills- €13.40 per hour.
Experience of working with children essential. Experience of working with children with special needs desirable. Sucessful applicant will be required to be Garda Vetted.
