An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Additional Information:

This position is to cover Principal release days for five local schools. Ballyvongane NS is the base school for this post. The other four schools are Dripsey NS, Ballinagree NS, Rylane NS, and Muinefluich NS (This may be subject to change).

Excellent classroom management, planning skills, record keeping, and flexibility are essential for this position.

Experience teaching all class levels, including multi-grade, as well as a sound knowledge of special education is desirable.

A certificate to teach Religion in a Catholic school is required.
