Scoil Mhuire Chnoc a’ Bhile is a co-educational National School under the patronage of the Catholic Archbishop of Cashel & Emly. Applicants for this position must have the appropriate Certificate in Religious Education and a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the school.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, excellent teaching skills as well as a broad range of teaching experience. She/he will demonstrate vision and leadership qualities together with a deep understanding of the role of Principal Teacher. It is expected that applicants will have a qualification in school leadership.
Scoil Mhuire has a commitment to and appreciation of our Gaelic language and culture. The BOM expects that the ideal candidate for this position will communicate her/his commitment to the promotion of this important and integral part of our school culture.
Applicants will be subject to current vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening and must be fully registered with the Teaching Council.
