The staff comprises of Principal, Deputy Principal, 4 mainstream teachers, 1 Full Time learning support teacher, 1 shared learning support teacher,1 SNA, Secretary, Cleaner and Caretaker.
The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable:
• Proven ability as lead member of a team with recognised leadership skills
• Evidence of continuing professional development in a leadership role
• Ability to promote a culture of learning and creativity in the school
• Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork
• Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload
• Strong organisational capabilities to manage a busy school.
