Applications are invited for the post of Principal teacher in St Christopher’s Primary School.
This vibrant and inclusive school has a Catholic ethos and is under the patronage of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin. The successful candidate must have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education and a commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos.
The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable:
• Proven leadership skills, including policy development and implementation.
• Strong organisational capabilities. Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload.
• Evidence of continuing professional development in a leadership role.
• Ability to promote a culture of learning and creativity in the school.
• Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork.
• Knowledge of Special Education Needs and EAL, and a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
• Capacity to manage digital learning into the future.
Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and Teaching Council registration.
