Applicants are invited for eligible teachers for the post of principal teacher at Scoil na Naomh Uilig, Rickardstown, Newbridge, Co Kildare, Roll No. 20271T.
Scoil na Naomh Uilig is a Catholic School, under the patronage of the Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin,The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a commitment to continue to lead and strengthen the Catholic ethos of the school. The successful candidate must have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education.
Scoil na Naomh Uilig is a fully inclusive school with a pupil population of approximately 630. It welcomes children of all abilities and we are a restorative school community. We have 24 mainstream classes, 3 classes for children with Autism and 2 classes for children with Severe to Profound Learning Disabilities as well as 11 Special Education Teacher posts. We have 23 SNAs, 3 ancillary staff and 4 bus escorts.
The appointment will be from 5th October 2020 or as soon as is practicable thereafter. The competition will proceed if there are 3 or more applicants.
