Eolas Breise:
Temple Carrig School is a co-educational secondary school under Church of Ireland patronage which opened in 2014 in Greystones, Co Wicklow.
Applications are now invited for teaching positions which may arise in a permanent, temporary wholetime or part-time capacity in the subjects advertised starting in August 2020.
The School is still quite a new one so these positions represent a unique opportunity for teachers to establish themselves in the School as it grows, with genuine chances of achieving a long-term career and better than usual promotional prospects. It is also an especially vibrant and attractive place in which to teach – successful candidates will very much enjoy being part of our young, positive and enthusiastic staff team.
To apply, please return the official Temple Carrig School staff application form which can be downloaded from the School’s website www.templecarrigschool.ie. (Click “Recruitment” on the menu bar at the top). Please also carefully read the guidelines for applying for teaching jobs which accompany it.
Applications will only be taken on this form which must be submitted by email. CVs and postal applications will not be accepted. Closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 3rd April 2020. Short-listing will apply and we regret that due to the expected high volume of applications it will not be possible to reply to unsuccessful candidates.
All positions will be subject to the sanction and conditions of the Department of Education & Skills and, in particular, no appointments will be made until permission has been received from the Director of Redeployment.
