This post is Part-Time, fixed-term post. The successful applicant will work 3 days a week 9.20am-3.20pm Wednesday-Friday inclusive until the end of June 2020. The position will be then reviewed again for September 2020. Additional hours may be available through substitution. This post will be subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.

The Red Door School is a school for children with Autism and complex needs. Experience working with children with ASD in a special school setting will be a distinct advantage. The successful applicant should demonstrate experience and competency in the use of augmentative communication and assistive teaching technologies for pupils with ASD, demonstrate the ability to work within a team, have experience working from behavioural support plans and managing challenging behaviour
