Initial duties are for Special Education Teacher and are subject to change. This is a job share for the rest of the school year.

The following skills and experience are advantageous:

• evidence of strong behaviour management skills

• ability to effectively plan and delivery the curriculum including a variety of team-teaching and literacy/numeracy initiatives

• a knowledge of special educational needs

• proven ability to contribute to school development and the school community

• ardchumas Gaeilge

• additional relevant courses/qualifications

Applicants must have a Certificate to Teach Religious Education in a Catholic School.

Appointment is subject, but not limited to satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, an occupational health screening and Tusla child safeguarding training.
