St Vincent’s is a special school catering for pupils with a Moderate or Severe & Profound General Learning Disability as well as ASD with the above diagnosis. The positions may involve working with children with severe challenging behaviour. Training in or experience in same is highly desirable. As this is a Catholic school, the successful applicant must have a Certificate to teach Religious Education. Please outline your experience of dealing with children with challenging behaviour and details of your Certificate in R.E. in your letter of application.

Appointments will be subject, but not limited to, satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and current and continued registration with the Teaching Council. Canvassing will disqualify applications.
