Person Specification
This post is based at BIMM Institute Dublin and you will report to the Head of Student Services.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the college and will have an important role in welcoming and responding to students’ day to day queries and concerns.
They will assume line management of BIMM Institute Dublin Reception staff and will be responsible for ensuring that the Reception team is cohesive and effective.
As part of the BIMM Administration team you will be required to support administrative teams in carrying out day-to-day tasks as required. This is a varied and challenging role which will require excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Essential criteria for applicant
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring that enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently
• A strong sense of initiative and ability to plan and manage workload effectively
• Excellent timekeeping and time management
• Computer literacy – including Word and Excel
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent personal presentation
