St. Michael's House Ballymun Special NS provides education for pupils aged up to 18 years who have an assessed Moderate/Severe/Profound GLD. Some have additional and complex needs. Initial duties will be in a senior (Junior Certificate) class and the successful candidate will be required to engage in the delivery of Junior Certificate programmes including the uploading of data & certification process together with collaborative work practices involving a range of stakeholders. Training and/or experience of the Junior Certificate Level 1 and/or 2 programmes, positive behaviour support, assistive and augmentative communication & ICT would be advantageous.
