The hours are:
Wednesday 12pm – 4pm
Thursday 8am – 4pm
Friday 8am – 4pm

20 hours per week-52 weeks per year.

Applicants must be of good character and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

The duties of this position require that applicants be of good general health and be physically capable of carrying out the role. The position is subject to Garda Vetting.

Applicants should have experience of general maintenance. A qualification in building maintenance or a building trade is desirable.

The role requires the successful applicant to complete a range of building maintenance duties such as: carpentry, plumbing, painting, minor repairs such as plaster/walls, gutters, doors etc. There are also duties of grass cutting, general indoor and outdoor tidying and upkeep of school grounds.

In addition to the listed duties, the Caretaker will undertake other duties pertaining to the role as may be decided by the school principal and/or the Board of Management (BoM) and/or as may be dictated by the needs of the Employer/School.
