Looking for an experienced special education teacher, ABA Specialist or someone with psychology AND teaching background to work daily with child with ASD (10). After school and ideally weekend hours. Hours no later than 3:30 Mon - Sat and through summer holidays for continuity.

Extensive experience is required developing programmes, adapting curriculum and delivering to nonverbal children with intellectual disabilities. Some appreciation of floor time, ABA, SLT and OT exercises would be of benefit – energy and ability to have fun while teaching is essential.:) Working closely with school and friendly family with focus on lifeskills and functional communication as priority. Ideally a long term position with minimum 1 year contract. Suitable for someone with wanting to work in special education longer term and wanting time out form regular classroom.

We would consider multiple candidates: a more experienced teacher to develop and guide targets and someone with less experience but more availabiltiy to deliver depending on availability. Please contact should you think you could contribute and be part of our team.
