International Kindergarten teacher

We are an Irish-Chinese partnership looking for teachers in our partner schools in Suzhou, Shanghai and Hangzhou, China. I am a University of Limerick graduate, and can help guide you through the whole recruitment, visa and arrival process. I am from Longford, and based permanently in Suzhou.

These Kindergartens deliver the IB Primary Years Programme (training can be provided). They are very good schools with top class facilities. Salaries for fully qualified teachers start at €3,350 per month (including accommodation). Cost of living is relatively low in China, so there are plenty of opportunities for travel and savings on this salary.

Salary + benefits:
Fully Qualified teacher – starts on 18,860rmb (+600rmb for each year of experience)
General Degree holder + TEFL – starts on 13740rmb (+500 for each year homeroom teaching, +400 for each year non-homeroom teaching experience)

Housing allowance (before tax with official fapiao(receipt))
6,500rmb/month in Suzhou and Hangzhou
6,700rmb/month in Shanghai

Flight allowance at end of contract:
- First year of contract: single trip for local hire, round trip for foreign hire
- Second year of contract: Round trip for foreign hire.

5 paid sick days/48 days holiday (incl. government holidays and one month in summer)
Sickness and Accident Insurance
2 year contract – end of contract bonus (up to 10%)
School can provide interest free loan of one month’s salary at the start of contract
