This position is a fixed term position until the end of the current school year and will include a morning pick up from a pupil's home and evening drop off after school.
The escort will be responsible for the safety of the pupils in the taxi and will be required to assist them getting in and out, and securing appropriate seatbelts.
Experience working with autistic children and children with complex needs is desirable. Candidates will be expected to deal with parents and school staff in a professional way, they will need to communicate regarding pick ups/drop offs, illnesses, traffic delays etc. Appointment and commencement date is subject to garda vetting and appropriate character references.The current hourly rate of pay is €15.98 + 8% holiday pay.
