An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Our Lady of Fatima Special School, caters for pupils aged 4 - 18 years who on psychological testing have a diagnosis of Mild General Learning Disability. Many of our pupils also have a dual diagnosis of ASD and/or other additional needs. Experience working with students with SEN is desirable.
Our Lady of Fatima Special School has 12 classes currently and our curriculum is tailored to meet the needs of each student. We offer access to the primary Cycle, Junior Cycle (Level 2 & 3), Senior Cycle (Level 2 & LCA).
Candidates must be positive, flexible and work well in a team environment. The successful candidates will show a willingness to engage in relevant CPD, have a strong work ethic and respect the ethos of the school.
