The Board of Management of Athenry Primary School welcomes applications for the position of Special Needs Assistant. This is a fixed term temporary position for a year working in a jobshare arrangement.
Candidates must have experience working as a SNA in a classroom setting with students with a variety of needs - for e.g. Autism, ADHD, challenging behaviours and Complex Needs. Candidates must work well as part of a team, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training/professional development.
Appointment will be subject to vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
Only those shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
