An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management initially advertised one permanent vacancy on www.staffroom.ie on the 27th day of July, 2026 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Dublin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 1st day of August, 2026. The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on the same website to the 3rd day of August 2026. The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.

This position is initially for a Special Class Teacher.

We open on August 27th and will have a staff meeting/induction day on August 26th.

Only candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted.

We are a Droichead school and a successful candidate, if necessary, can be probated in our school in accordance with the Droichead process.
