A Supply Panel teacher would be based in our school but would work in multiple local schools to address teacher absence. The panels consist of a group of qualified teachers who are employed on a full-time fixed term contract, by a base school but are available to work across a cluster of schools as needed. The system is managed by an app that the schools and teachers register for.
