An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Applications are now welcomed for three specified purpose positions in Gardiner Street Primary School, for the 26/27 school year.
All three positions are covering parental leave. One is confirmed for the full year, another is likely to be for the full year (but is currently only confirmed until Halloween), while the last position is until Christmas.
Gardiner Street Primary School is a vibrant and exciting place to work, with a warm and welcoming staff.

As well as academic excellence, there is a strong tradition of music (we have a school orchestra) in the school, along with a variety of after school clubs and sports teams.
As part of the North East Inner City (NEIC) schools, we are also very lucky to have the support of the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and City Connects, two wide ranging and ground breaking systems of support for our students.
Gardiner Street Primary School is a wonderful place to begin your teaching career and we take great pride in mentoring and guiding our new staff.
We are a Droichead school, so NQT's will have an opportunity to complete the induction process in our school, whether in mainstream roles or special education.
