An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St Vincent’s is a special school catering for pupils with a Moderate or Severe & Profound General Learning Disability and or other additional needs. We provide special educational provision for children between the ages of 4-18 years through the primary school Curriculum, Junior Cycle Programme and Senior Cycle Programme. The position may involve working with children with severe challenging behaviour. Training in or experience in same is highly desirable.
