An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
Through this round of interviews we hope to fill:
1. Mainstream class teacher ( fixed term )
2. Mainstream Class teacher ( maternity leave: this is expected to last the duration of school year 26/27.
The successful candidates will work as a mainstream class teacher in a multi-grade classroom setting.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a whole-school team.
Willingness to support and promote the Catholic ethos of the school through participation in sacramental preparation, the promotion of Catholic values and engagement in school life.
Enthusiasm to contribute to the extracurricular life of the school through Music, Drama, GAA, STEM, Green Schools or other initiatives.
Appointment will be subject, but not limited, to:
Current Teaching Council registration.
Satisfactory Garda Vetting requirements.
Occupational Health Screening.
